Teams Administrator Associate
Design and implement SharePoint information architecture
- Create site collections, sites, libraries, metadata, and taxonomy aligned with organizational needs.
- Establish naming conventions, folder structures, and governance standards to replace legacy file share patterns.
Configure permissions, governance, and security controls
- Implement role-based access, sharing policies, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and compliance settings.
- Manage secure external and internal sharing as departments move workloads into SharePoint.
Provide user support, training, and change management
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for staff adapting from network drives to SharePoint.
- Support users with file access issues, permissions problems, sync errors, and collaboration features.
Maintain and optimize SharePoint Online environment
- Monitor site usage, storage, performance, search indexing, and content lifecycle.
- Manage automation scripts (Power Shell, PnP Power Shell), provisioning templates, and integration with Teams and One Drive.
