This is a pivotal, senior leadership hire - reporting directly to the CEO (Canada) - at a defining moment in the company’s growth journey.
The successful candidate will shape, scale and lead a multi-channel marketing function with significant investment across paid search, digital performance, events and marketing automation.

The OpportunityThis role offers full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across Canada!
You will lead a team of digital specialists and offline marketers, aligning paid media, organic search, AI-driven discovery, events and automation into one cohesive, ROI-focused engine.
You will not be inheriting a blank canvas - you’ll be stepping into an organisation with strong foundations, serious paid media investment, and the ambition to scale.
- Deliver measurable commercial growth
This is a hands-on strategic leadership role. You’ll be equally comfortable in executive strategy discussions and inside ad accounts identifying optimisation opportunities.
Day to Day- Full accountability for a substantial multi-channel marketing budget (paid search, programmatic, social, events, partnerships).
- Performance optimisation across Google Ads, Bing, paid social, programmatic and emerging platforms.
- Continuous ROI improvement through data-led budget allocation and experimentation.
- Organic search strategy aligned to paid media insights - including AI-led search and LLM visibility.
- Development of content and SEO strategies that prioritise evolving search behaviour and AIO requirements.
- Marketing automation and lead nurturing effectiveness.
- Landing page and UX performance optimisation in partnership with design and development.
- Marketing-to-sales alignment - ensuring leads are worked effectively and revenue opportunities maximised.
- Expansion and optimisation of webinar and event-driven revenue channels.
- Clear, executive-level reporting across daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences.
- Leadership, development and coaching of a growing marketing team.
- 10+ years’ experience delivering high-performance B2B marketing strategies.
- Proven ownership of significant paid media budgets with demonstrable ROI results.
- Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, paid social and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen - you understand pipeline, sales velocity and revenue impact.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Analytical strength and confidence making data-led investment decisions.
- The credibility and gravitas to gain peer respect and influence senior stakeholders.
- A growth mindset and the ambition to scale something meaningful.
