The client is looking for a hybrid mix of Technical BA with AI background who can translate for the business stakeholders.
Must Have:
- Lead end to end business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and management for complex, multi stakeholder initiatives.
- Translate strategic product roadmaps, operating models, and learning objectives into clear, actionable business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non functional requirements.
- Analyze current state and future state business processes.
- Identify impacts to policy, privacy, governance, service operations, and client enablement, and document recommended changes.
- Apply structured BA techniques and artefacts (e.g., BRDs, use cases, process maps, decision logs, traceability matrices) appropriate to Agile or hybrid delivery contexts.
Description
Deliverables:
- EPPDS requires senior Business Analyst capacity to translate the OPS AI Tech Stack roadmap and the EPPDS Branch Learning Plan into actionable, compliant delivery. The BA will translate roadmap strategies and learning plan objectives into actionable requirements, service/process changes, and measurable outcomes:
Key Responsibilities:

- 1. AI Use Case Intake & Requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for AI scenarios (RAG/search, document extraction, anomaly detection, assistants) using OPS patterns and the GoCLOUD operating model.
- Define current vs. future state business processes.
- Identify policy, privacy, and operational impacts.
- Document acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (security, reliability, cost).
- 2. Service & Product Documentation
- Produce/maintain service definitions, onboarding guides, and runbooks that align with GoCLOUD patterns and target architecture (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS + AI).
- Draft/update client literacy assets and internal organizational change management materials in line with the roadmap (playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks).
- 3. Operating Model & Process Improvements
- Map and refine end to end delivery flows (WIA intake, design reviews etc.), embedding AI specific steps and controls.
- Define KPIs/OKRs and benefits metrics (e.g., adoption, cycle time, knowledge retrieval accuracy, cost and reliability indicators surfaced by AI ops/Fin Ops dashboards.
- 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change
- Facilitate internal and cross cluster workshops to gather requirements, discuss product lifecycles, bring literacy.
- Prepare decision briefs for leadership and materials required for enterprise communications/approvals path.

- Understanding how AI solutions are designed, deployed, governed, and operated within cloud and hybrid environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Collaborating effectively with architects, engineering teams, security, privacy, and operations to translate technical concepts into business and service requirements.
- Identifying and documenting AI specific considerations including data quality, model lifecycle, explain ability, risk classification, security, privacy, cost management, and operational reliability. Supporting intake, governance checkpoints, and approval processes for AI or digital services.
3. Product and Project Leadership - 10%
- Working collaboratively within cross functional and matrixed teams across business, technical, and governance functions.
