Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Capital Markets and Financial Services to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business systems analysis and a passion for driving strategic initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Technology or Business
• 5-7 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Expert knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets products, particularly derivatives
• Proven experience in data analysis and project management

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum Management
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and collaborate with stakeholders
• Analyze and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate collaborative sessions to drive requirements discovery and review
• Perform data analysis and reverse engineering for gap analysis
• Construct data flow diagrams and create design solutions
• Support testing cycles including Functional, Systems Integration, and User Acceptance Testing
• Work closely with development teams to ensure proper execution of requirements
