In this role, you will be involved in:
Coordinate with our key partners in International Banking and across the division the review and collection of data for the different IB Analytics initiativesReview data to ensure its integrity for data analysis to deliver business insights and validate hypotheses.Perform the analysis process to extract actionable business insights and issue recommendations, if applicableTranslate the findings into executive communicationsServe as a thought partner and strategic advisor to maximize analytics’ impact and ensure implementation of strategic priorities, providing key business and customer insightsChampion a data-driven customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledgeCollaborate with Toronto-based and in country teams supporting IB Analytics strategy and provide advisory support. This could take 2 approaches:Low-touch support; where the incumbent will be providing advisory services, e.g. participating in meetings for key analytics initiatives, engaging in specific work streams of the projectsHigh-touch support; where the incumbent will be on-the-ground supporting analytics delivery in specific businesses within International BankingPerform data-driven analyses to diagnose issues or roadblocks to analytics projects, synthesize findings, and present clear recommendations to mitigate risksBuild and maintain collaborative relationships / partnerships with key stakeholders including senior leaders and analytics functional teams across the organizationFunctional Competencies
Must be creative, self-starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated with excellent analytical skillsShould be a team player and should adapt to change and work accordingly in a positive mannerShould have excellent verbal and written communication, effectively convey ideas verbally, have clear written communication especially when responding to non-technical / business team membersDimensions

Pacific Alliance Countries, Caribbean, and UruguayContributes to large, complex projects and initiatives spanning numerous IB Markets, business lines and functional areas, and involving large numbers of resources with diverse skills, abilities, backgrounds, and competenciesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you have the following:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or related field4+ years of experience in financial services, business intelligence and/or data engineeringWorking knowledge of Wealth Management products: investments, lending, deposits and complementary products and services offered by other financial institutions and niche competitorsFluency in Spanish is requiredSelf-motivated, driven and impact-orientedDemonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret results and communicate in simple termsPractical experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, data processing, database programming and data analyticsSharp interpersonal skills, leadership and influencing capabilities in multi-cultural environmentsNice to have familiarity with Agile and Project Management knowledgeWorking Conditions
