The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $67,200 - $88,200. The offered salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.

Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for technology and the automotive industry to support our Connected Technologies (CT) team. This is a 24-month contract opportunity and will report to the Manager of Connected Technologies (CT).

You’ll work closely with our cross-functional team to maintain dashboards, analyze data, resolve issues, and support telematics product launches and sustainment activities. What You’ll Be Doing Technical & Data Support
  • Maintain and develop Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards (e.g., Renewals, Enrollment, SVL, UIO, App Metrics)
  • Aggregate and analyze data from multiple systems to produce recurring monthly reports, product-specific insights, and ad hoc reporting
  • Assist with identifying, reviewing, and resolving internal CT data issues and issue tickets as necessary to support resolution
Business Reporting & Operations Support
  • Support launch preparation and post-launch sustainment of new Telematics Product Suites within CT IS systems
  • Assist in monitoring and sustaining past-generation telematics products, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage exception handling, product sunset tasks, used-vehicle management, and coordination of CT-related activities (including CMS tickets, goodwill requests, and Stolen Vehicle Locate (SVL) requests)
  • Support weekly/monthly publishing of reports and statistics to TCI and TMNA teams
Customer & Dealer Support
  • Support customer and dealer CT issue management for in-market concerns through Salesforce, in collaboration with TCI PQSS CT support
  • Create CMS tickets in Jira for TMNA as required
Testing & Validation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Connected Services Portal (CSP)
  • Assist with telematics development validation and issue resolution
  • Contribute to analytics work as required to support business needs
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Work with TCI CT-IS to identify recurring issues and pursue kaizen efficiencies to support long-term solutions
What You’ll Bring
  • University Degree/College Diploma in Business or related fields
  • Work experience in a technology product-focused role is an asset, but not required
  • Demonstrated customer service, analytical & problem-solving skills (technical & business)
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Results-oriented, proactive and self-starter
  • Comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with constantly changing and high-demand priorities
  • Comfortable with technology and technical issues with an ability to translate into non-technical terms
  • Ability to foster productive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
