Overview
This role is designed for an IT professional who can balance technical depth with operational clarity. As a member of this financial org's Prod Infra team, you will take responsibility for maintaining core systems while implementing asset management and lifecycle processes that bring structure and reliability to the organization’s IT operations. The position is hybrid onsite Downtown Toronto, and offers the opportunity to guide upgrades, support critical infrastructure, and ensure continuity across multiple locations.
With a contract path through 2026, the role provides both immediate responsibilities and a long-term horizon for impact.
- Hands-On IT Support & Infrastructure Management: 65%
- Asset Lifecycle Oversight & Process Implementation: 35%
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Windows administration
- Proven background in asset management and lifecycle implementation
- Hands-On recent Proficiency with Azure and Windows 10 to 11 upgrades
- SQL Troubleshooting
- Service Now experience
- Ability to document and standardize IT processes for future scalability
