The Coordinator, Ad Ops will execute fundamental trafficking and quality assurance tasks for digital campaigns. You will learn the mechanics of ad serving while collaborating with internal teams to help launch campaigns on major ad serving platforms.
Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $40,000-$45,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a new vacancy.
Responsibilities- Perform daily campaign set up and management on ad serving platforms, including uploading creatives, assigning landing pages, and generating ad tags based on media plans.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets to ensure they meet technical specifications before campaign launch.
- Review incoming tickets for completeness and flag any issues to the Ad Ops Manager.
- Coordinate the implementation of campaign tags with external media partners.
- Pull basic campaign delivery reports (e.g., impressions, clicks) for internal media teams.
- Maintain the status of all tasks within our project management platform.
- A foundational understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formatting, filtering).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A basic understanding of HTML (e.g., identifying different tag types) is an asset.
- Experience with project management platforms like Airtable is an asset.
- Exposure to or certification in Google Campaign Manager 360 is a major plus.
