Hybrid - Candidate is required to come in office 3 days a week

Develops recommends, implements and manages IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and architect deliverables for the organization

• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture
• Knowledge and experience in Application architecture, Technology Architecture, Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development, aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
• Ability to define business capabilities and processes
• Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems, processes and required data.
• Demonstrated Transformation thinking, and understanding of data interdependencies
• Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations
• Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision Ability to streamline application landscape for optional performance, decommission redundancy and reduce cost
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines Desirable Skills Experience in Stakeholder Engagement including presentations and briefing notes and conducting / facilitating meetings
• Experience and knowledge in Project Management

Must haves:

• Demonstrated experience with multiple Enterprise Architecture tools
