We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in building high-quality digital and business solutions. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Agile principles| facilitate Scrum ceremonies| remove impediments| and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy| prioritized product backlog
- Track and report Agile metrics (velocity| burndown| predictability)
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of Scrum| Kanban| and Agile delivery frameworks
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams
- Excellent facilitation| communication| and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum Master certification (CSM| PSM| or equivalent) preferred
