Responsibilities
- Scrum Master - Banking
- Toronto - Hybrid (4 days WFO)
- Willing to act as both a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Scrum Master, seamlessly balancing responsibilities in both areas.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Build strong relationships with business teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
