Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with hands‑on expertise in Zelle payments and a strong understanding of US payment schemes. The candidate will support payment platforms and work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver and maintain payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Zelle payment processing and operations
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to Zelle and US payment platforms
- Work closely with business and operations teams to understand end-to-end Zelle payment workflows
- Support operational processes including exceptions, disputes, reconciliations, and settlements
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with development and QA teams during implementation, testing, and UAT
- Analyze production issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with US payment regulations and industry standards
- Prepare documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and test cases
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Hands‑on experience with Zelle payments and related operational processes
- Strong understanding of US payment schemes, including FEDWIRE, ACH, RTP, and related settlement flows
- Experience working in banking or financial services environments
