Senior Network Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst to support the stability, performance, and security of enterprise network and cloud infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud environments.

In this role, you will help maintain and optimize enterprise connectivity services, including network operations, cloud networking, and secure remote access solutions. You will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure network services while supporting infrastructure modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Design, configure, and support enterprise network environments including switching, routing, VLANs, QoS, and network segmentation
• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and branch network environments
• Support enterprise switching and wireless platforms (e.g., Juniper EX/QFX, Aruba or similar)
• Monitor network performance and proactively address capacity or performance issues
• Support network lifecycle management, refresh initiatives, and infrastructure modernization
• Maintain network documentation, configuration baselines, and operational standards
• Contribute to resiliency planning including redundancy and failover strategies

• Administer Fortinet security platforms (Forti Gate, Forti Manager, Forti Analyzer)
• Configure and maintain SD-WAN connectivity for branch networks
• Manage secure remote access solutions such as Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA) or similar technologies
• Implement firewall policies,
  VPN tunnels, NAT, and intrusion prevention controls
• Support Zero Trust and secure access architecture initiatives
• Participate in security reviews, audits, and vulnerability remediation
• Assist with network-related incident response and risk mitigation
• Support hybrid cloud networking environments across Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Design and manage VNETs, subnets, DNS, routing tables, and network security groups
• Configure and maintain Site-to-Site and Point-to-Site VPN connectivity
• Integrate cloud networking with on-premises infrastructure
• Support cloud networking governance, security controls, and standardization
• Assist with capacity planning, cost optimization, and automation of cloud networking services
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and connectivity failover design

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network and cloud infrastructure in distributed environments
• Strong experience with routing and switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), WAN, VPN, DNS, and SD-WAN
• Hands‑on experience administering next‑generation firewalls and network security platforms
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud networking in Azure and AWS
• Experience with enterprise switching and wireless technologies such as Juniper, Aruba, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with IT service management processes (incident, change, and problem management)
