As part of this transformation, they are expanding their Service Now platform capabilities to improve internal service delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance employee experience across the organization.
They are seeking a Senior Service Now Developer to play a key role in designing and building scalable solutions within the Service Now ecosystem. This individual will work across both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) modules to deliver high-impact automation, integrations, and platform enhancements.

- Design, configure, and enhance solutions within Service Now ITSM and HRSD modules
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Customize forms, catalogs, and service portals to improve user experience
- Design and implement integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Build automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Support data synchronization and integration with HR, identity, and enterprise platforms
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance
- Support platform upgrades, patch management, and release cycles
- Follow Service Now best practices and platform governance standards
- Work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and platform administrators
- Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of Service Now development experience
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and HRSD modules
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and development best practices
- Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub workflows
- Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and Service Portal customization
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ITSM and/or HRSD certifications considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional enterprise teams
