Senior DevOps Kubernetes Engineer

A growing cloud infrastructure provider is expanding its next-generation Kubernetes platform and is looking for an experienced Kubernetes Engineer to help run and evolve the service that powers modern, high-demand workloads.

This role focuses on a new Kubernetes architecture built with Cluster API, designed to integrate seamlessly with an established Magnum-compatible interface. You’ll play a key role in operating the platform day-to-day, supporting customer migrations to the new architecture, and ensuring clusters remain reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

This is a deeply hands‑on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, improving system reliability, and working with teams that support demanding workloads—such as high‑traffic streaming and content delivery platforms where uptime and performance are non‑negotiable.

You’ll collaborate closely with platform architects, infrastructure engineers, and customer‑facing teams while helping shape operational practices and automation that keep the platform running smoothly at scale.

• Strong hands‑on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments, with deep Linux systems knowledge and familiarity with container runtimes such as Docker or containerd

• Experience running Kubernetes in cloud environments and using infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Ansible to automate platform operations (Open Stack preferred)

• Practical expertise with Kubernetes networking, storage, and ingress components, along with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle frameworks

• Experience working with distributed or object storage platforms such as Ceph or S3‑compatible storage systems

• Hands‑On Engineering: 65%
