Senior Product Manager; Care Mode

• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch, including problem framing, scope definition, and execution
• Drive focused delivery cadences with Design and Engineering teams
• Translate big-picture strategy into measurable product work that enhances clinical credibility
• Own and ship Care Mode features end-to-end, including defining hypotheses and iterating based on engagement signals
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Practitioner teams to ensure new experiences are trusted and aligned

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with full ownership of feature delivery
• Strong communication and writing skills, including clear PRDs and execution
• Experience shipping mobile-first product experiences (native or responsive web)
• Comfort with product analytics and defining instrumentation
• Familiarity with experimentation practices and launch safety

• Background in healthcare or high-trust environments
• Exposure to behavior change or habit-formation design patterns
• Experience building digital coaching and engagement systems
