Location:
Hybrid/Toronto (2 days a week on site) - May Convert to 4 in the Future
Duration: 6 Months (Must Convert to Perm)
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary Range: 80-k
Job #1 – Configuration Management
Ensure daily, end-to-end delivery of Configuration Management services in alignment with the Configuration Management standards and processesManage day-to-day process activities, including setting priorities and assigning workTrack compliance with policies and procedures, resolving or escalating compliance issues as requiredFacilitate Configuration Management audits and data certifications, identifying and reporting non-compliance itemsExecute operational activities as defined by Configuration Management proceduresFulfill Configuration Management service requests as assignedOversee the design, development, and testing of reports as neededCollect, analyze, and report metrics; perform triage on breached KPIsIdentify and drive Service Improvement opportunitiesJob #2 – Discovery
Maintain and monitor the Discovery tool, optimizing schedules to ensure consistent and comprehensive daily discoverySupport CMDB health (completeness, accuracy, and compliance) by improving CI scan ratesProvide second- and third-level support for Discovery-related issues and inquiriesDeliver technical expertise to enhance the Discovery tool in support of implementing or improving other modules and tools (e.g., SAM, Service Mapping)Support ongoing onboarding of subsidiaries, including JFL, MD Financial, Pronto, Profuturo, and TangerineSupport Kyndryl onboarding activitiesJob #3 – Hardware Asset Management
Manage and track IT hardware assets throughout their full lifecycle using the Service Now platformMaintain accurate hardware inventory records, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, support procurement activities, and optimize asset utilizationPartner with IT, Procurement, and Finance teams to align hardware asset management practices with organizational objectivesPerform daily analysis of asset data, resolve discrepancies, and implement process improvements to improve operational efficiencyConduct model management activities, monitor for unauthorized hardware, and track hardware currencyProvide governance and oversight to regional and localized hardware analyst teams, ensuring adherence to defined processes
