Infrastructure Support Engineer

Salary Range: C $56 INC

The role involves supporting and maintaining enterprise-level server environments with a focus on security vulnerability remediation. This position requires strong hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration, SCCM operations, and enterprise patching processes.

• 6–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience administering Windows and Linux servers within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with SCCM for deployment, patching, and configuration management.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities across large server ecosystems.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

• Experience with MySQL performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security best practices and enterprise hardening standards.

• Ensure system stability through structured change management and adherence to operational best practices.
• Maintain patch compliance across environments and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
• Support infrastructure optimization and tuning initiatives, including MySQL platform tuning where applicable.
• Participate in ongoing improvement of security posture through monitoring, reporting, and remediation activities.
