Paid Media Buyer/Paid Ads Specialist
Location:
Hybrid | 2 Tippett Rd, North York, ON
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 CAD + performance-based growth opportunities

We are looking for a Paid Media Buyer who is passionate about performance marketing, data-driven strategy, and building campaigns that generate real impact.

What You’ll Do- Manage and optimize high-performing digital ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with daily budgets up to $3,500
- Build and launch end-to-end lead generation campaigns, including ad copy, creative direction, targeting, and landing page strategy
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and return on ad spend
- Use tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker to visualize and communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders
- Run A/B tests across creatives, placements, targeting, and landing pages to improve results
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and tools to expand campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners to produce engaging ad visuals and video content
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends
- Manage conversion tracking, pixels, and tag implementation to ensure accurate performance measurement
- 2+ years of experience managing lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Proven experience managing ad budgets exceeding $1,000 per campaign
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, funnel strategy, and bidding optimization
- Experience building and optimizing campaigns independently from strategy to execution
- Proficiency with Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar analytics tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience coordinating creative development for ads, visuals, or video
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Suite is an asset
- Experience in solar, home services, or renewable energy marketing is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
