Join our team as a Senior Analyst, where you’ll leverage SAS/SQL to design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns for credit cards and retail banking. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of 19 to optimize customer targeting, analyze campaign performance, and drive impactful results.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deploy marketing campaigns using SAS, SQL, and relational databases.
• Analyze customer data to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Analytics) to align strategies.
• Ensure timely, error-free campaign execution with strong attention to detail.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• 4-5+ years of hands-on experience with SAS/SQL and relational databases.
• Proven expertise in marketing campaign execution (financial services is a plus!).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Python, data lakes, or Teradata/Aprimo.
• Knowledge of banking products (credit cards, retail accounts).
