Position: I.T. Field Technician Contract Position
Are you ready to work as an I.T. Field Service Technician with MBI Inc. in Toronto, ON? This 12-month contract role requires expertise in hardware and Windows 7 to support provincial government IT needs.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of IT technician experience with strong knowledge in desktop operations, printing, and networking. Excellent communication and customer service skills are crucial for this position. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, supporting user accounts, and providing training across various technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair computer hardware and systems

• Document and replace hardware/software as needed

• Manage user accounts and permissions

• Train users on new technologies and repairs

• Recommend appropriate IT products to clients

Requirements:

• Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends

• 2+ years experience in IT break/fix roles

• Strong technical skills in Windows 7, hardware knowledge

• Must own a car for commuting

• Ability to lift boxes weighing 20 lbs.
