Position: Toronto ServiceNow SPM Developer Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop SPM modules including Project Management

• Maintain workflows using Flow Designer and business rules

• Develop performance dashboards and key financial reports

• Engage with functional consultants to meet project requirements

• Oversee integrations with financial and ITSM systems

Requirements:

• Solid hands-on experience with Service Now SPM / PPM

• Familiar with Agile delivery models

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ITSM or HR Service Now modules

• Certification in Service Now SPM preferred
