Management Consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Consultant will be focused on supporting the development of our offerings and the delivery of consulting projects.

• Industry experience within digital asset adoption, ecosystem, and regulation across financial services verticals and use cases.
• Demonstrated business and technology expertise with stable coins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities or cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, Ether, Solana).
• Support digital assets transformation programs – including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
• Selecting, defining, implementing or operating digital asset custody solutions or custody models (qualified custody, sub‑custody).
• Assessing digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions, mapping them to tangible business value.
• Selecting, implementing or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations).
• Evaluation of differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.
• Manage project delivery and development of client deliverables/solutions.
• Support development of our next generation digital assets technology offerings.

• 3+ years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
• 2+ years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or work streams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
• Designed or assessed operating model (roles, responsibilities), governance, or risk & control frameworks (policies, procedures, monitoring) within regulated financial services institutions
• A University Degree is required for this position

• Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets.
• Built next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets.
• Selecting, implementing or operating digital‑asset financial‑crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations)
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing senior client relationships.
