About the Role
Data & Insights (D&I) team transforms data into actionable insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization, experimentation, and analytics. The team is expanding with an Advanced Analyst on the Battlefield Analytics squad. You will lead insights on player behavior, monetization, and economy decisions for Battlefield 6 and Battlefield REDSEC.

Responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of data to uncover player behavior insights, then recommend in‑game economy decisions and optimization strategies.

Design monetization experiments and build visualizations to monitor and interpret key product metrics focused on the in‑game economy.

Develop dashboards and self‑serve tools to communicate findings and performance metrics to partners, encouraging data‑driven product decisions.

Collaborate with Product and Design teammates, translating complex analytics into clear insights that inform decision‑making.

Qualifications

6+ years experience in Analytics/Data Science or a combination of Master’s and Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.

6+ years of professional experience manipulating data sets, analyzing consumer behaviors, and building statistical models, with demonstrated ability to apply analytical or data‑science methodologies to real‑world problems.

Strong track record of translating complex models, analyses, and data points into clear and succinct insights that empower partners to make decisions.

Experience with SQL/BI tools a big plus (e.g., R, Python, Snowflake, or Looker).

Compensation & Benefits
Pay ranges (North America, British Columbia): $114,300 – $156,200 CAD (location dependent).

Benefits include 3 weeks’ vacation to start, 10 days of sick time per year, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when welcoming a new child, 12 weeks maternity leave, 4 weeks parental/adoption leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and a retirement plan. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
