Take on a critical role as a Cloud Security Architect focusing on AWS in a hybrid work model, based in Toronto, ON. Ensure secure architecture within a regulated financial services backdrop.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Security Architect with 8-10 years of specialization in AWS security services.

Your role will be pivotal in designing secure architectures and defining standards while partnering with various teams. You will embed security practices within the cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines, all while maintaining compliance with necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and governance of AWS cloud security architectures

• Establish security standards and enforce compliance measures

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure code

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and threat modeling

• Foster collaboration among cloud and risk management teams

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in cloud security

• Strong expertise in AWS services like Cloud Trail and Security Hub

• Dev Sec Ops  and Infrastructure as Code experience necessary

• Knowledge of data protection and Zero Trust frameworks

• Preferred AWS Security certification holders
