The Predictive Analytics Analyst will support predictive and advanced analytics initiatives by applying statistical modeling, data analysis, and visualization techniques to solve complex business problems. This role focuses on transforming large and complex datasets into actionable insights that support decision‑making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support predictive and advanced analytics initiatives across multiple domains
- Apply advanced analytical techniques including, but not limited to:
- Multivariate regression
- Conjoint analysis
- Max Diff
- Structural equation modeling
- Time‑series and panel data methods
- Path analysis, factor analysis, and survival analysis
- Interpret analytical results and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards
- Implement and code analytical algorithms and models
- Work with outcome‑oriented datasets to support forecasting and performance measurement
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver analytics solutions
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and predictive techniques
- Application of forecasting, segmentation, and classification methods
- Practical use of analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and Databricks
- Ability to apply advanced methods to real‑world business problems
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Knowledge of data pipelines and enterprise data environments
- Familiarity with Azure or comparable cloud platforms
- Data preparation, integration, and quality assurance experience
- Ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Experience influencing decision‑making through analytics
- Defining KPIs and measurement frameworks
- Producing clear, relevant analytical outputs
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or equivalent tools
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly
- Tailoring insights for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience working in cross‑functional and agile teams
- Strong collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Contribution to team delivery timelines and outcomes
- Adaptability in fast‑paced environments
- Experience mentoring or coaching analysts
- Providing technical guidance and setting analytical standards

- Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, and Databricks
