In this hands-on role, you'll design and build complex solutions in Service Now. Your key tasks include implementing eBonding integrations for vendor communication, automating order guide fulfillment, and optimizing legacy workflows. Develop reusable subflows to enhance efficiency across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy catalogue items and Business Rules

• Maintain and develop REST/SOAP integrations

• Apply advanced scripting for platform improvements

• Oversee upgrades, patches, and release processes

• Ensure compliance with documentation and coding standards

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of Flow Designer experience

• 5+ years in Service Now development

• Certified System Administrator in Service Now

• 3-5 years of ITIL and architecture experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
