Software Developer Azure Data Engineer

Position Overview

Avanciers is recruiting for a contract role for one of our premier client in Canada:
Software Developer Azure Data (Job ).

Location:

Toronto, ON (Onsite). Duration: 4+ months Contract. Compensation: CAD $550-570 per day.

• Design and develop BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Implement, maintain, and support BI solutions in Microsoft and other BI platforms.
• Work with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, Azure Synapse for data analytics.
• Support cloud migration initiatives and work with Microsoft Azure data analytics tools.
• Write complex SQL queries.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, developing business intelligence, and reporting in medium to large corporate environments.
• Detailed knowledge of BI functions such as analytics, data modelling, data mining, reporting, report conversion, and data cleansing.
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, Azure Synapse.
• Advanced knowledge of writing complex SQL queries.
• Robust communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Cloud platform experience, especially Azure, and working knowledge for cloud migration.

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService.
• Experience with Transfer Payments.
