Join Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as an IT Event Support Specialist, ensuring seamless technology at live events. Provide top-tier technical support while implementing and maintaining cutting-edge Point-of-Sale systems.
This full-time role focuses on delivering first-level technical support during events. You'll troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues while monitoring performance across various POS systems. Your expertise in Windows and mobile devices will foster seamless technology integration for all organizational properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Deliver on-site support during live events
• Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues
• Implement and maintain diverse POS systems
• Coordinate with payment vendors to ensure reliability
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Post-secondary education in IT or similar field
• Strong knowledge of mobile and Windows systems
• Basic networking knowledge is essential
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication
