We are seeking an experienced Application Developer/Technical Specialist to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications and registry systems. The role involves translating technical specifications into scalable, tested solutions while working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise web applications and database solutions.
• Work with Oracle databases, SQL queries, data extracts, reports, and performance optimization.
• Support n-tier J2EE portal/web application environments including ESB, Data Power, and web services.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Databricks.
• Create technical architecture artifacts and application design documents.
• Perform system analysis, testing, integration, and accessibility compliance validation.
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and technical staff for knowledge transfer and support.

• Strong experience with Oracle databases and structured SQL query languages.
• Hands‑on experience in J2EE-based portal and web application server environments.
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as ESB and Data Power.
• Experience developing dashboards in Microsoft Databricks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with Catalyst-based business registry or occupational registry systems.
• Knowledge of IBM Web Sphere Portal/Web Sphere Application Server.
• Experience with Selenium, HP UFT, WCAG 2.0, AODA, and accessibility testing.
• Understanding of Public Sector standards, GO‑ITS, and Enterprise Architecture.
