This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence every Wednesday and Thursday at the downtown office location. The role supports a fast-paced, high-visibility corporate security function and contributes to multiple strategic and business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
o Partner with stakeholders across business functions to align initiatives with strategic objectives
o Support and enhance complex business processes and operational improvements
o Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent workstreams and projects
o Drive change management activities and support enterprise transformation efforts
o Develop executive-level presentations, reporting materials, and strategic documentation
o Act as liaison between business teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
Must-Have Requirements
o 10+ years of experience in business management or business analysis roles
o 10+ years of experience supporting change management initiatives
o Experience leading multiple workstreams and driving process enhancements
o Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
o Experience leading or supporting strategic enterprise initiatives
o High level of professionalism with ability to operate in executive-facing environments
Nice-to-Have
o
Experience with in corporate security or risk environments
o Prior experience in large financial institutions
o
Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
o SharePoint experience
o Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
