Position: Business Analyst with IT Focus Guaranty

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements gathering across business units

• Lead small to medium-sized projects, tracking progress and issues

• Support the IT team in solution estimation and implementation

• Ensure seamless integration with external partners

• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate solutions

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 3+ years of progressive Business Analysis experience

• Familiarity with SQL and agile methodologies

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage changing priorities
