Make an impact at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as an IT Event Support Specialist. Provide top-level tech support, ensuring seamless POS operations during live events in Toronto.
In this full-time contingent role, you will be responsible for delivering onsite technical support, troubleshooting various systems, and maintaining reliability in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in POS systems will be vital while coordinating with payment vendors and resolving incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Deliver on-site support during live events
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and POS-related issues
• Implement and maintain POS systems including Oracle Micros and Clover
• Monitor incidents according to service level agreements
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
• Post-secondary education in IT is an asset
• Experience with POS systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, and Android
• Basic networking knowledge required
