Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Adobe AEM Librarian who will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital asset libraries within Adobe Experience Manager. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless access, organization, and management of digital assets to support creative, marketing, and technical teams.

Pay rate range (CAD): $48.65/hr – $58.38/hr

• Support daily digital asset management activities within Adobe AEM, ensuring assets are properly ingested, categorized, and maintained
• Manage metadata, tagging, and cataloging of assets for efficient search and retrieval
• Oversee asset rights management, license tracking, and publishing workflows
• Respond to end-user requests for access, troubleshooting, and asset search assistance
• Lead user access management, including permissions and monthly reporting
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training sessions, both virtually and in person
• Assist in evaluating, testing, and integrating related marketing technologies to improve processes
• Support testing of system functionalities and gather requirements for enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform's usability and efficiency

• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA for ticket management
• Proficiency with Adobe AEM Assets and Adobe Workfront
• Strong understanding of information organization, including tagging, metadata, and taxonomy
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a self-starting attitude

• Background in records management or library sciences
• Adobe certifications relevant to AEM or DAM
• Familiarity with media rights and rights management processes
• Experience working with creative workflows and file formats
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Prior experience with multimedia content or working within financial services industries
