You will be responsible for managing the database systems and answering all user inquiries related to software. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with IT and train staff on best practices, while also recommending enhancements to improve operational efficiency within the LOCUS system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly database uploads and maintenance tasks
• Resolve user queries with timely support from help desks
• Liaise with IT to troubleshoot system issues effectively
• Recommend and document database enhancement requirements
• Produce reports from various systems, including Access and SQL
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of related experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Technology preferred
• Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration
• Proficient in oral and written communication
• Knowledge of applicable company policies
