Identity and Access Management Developer

Join HOOPP as an Identity and Access Management Developer focusing on SailPoint operations. This permanent role entails delivering technical guidance and ensuring effective IAM functionality.

As part of HOOPP's dynamic Information Security group, you will lead the implementation and expansion of the SailPoint system. Your responsibilities will encompass evaluating current setups, suggesting enhancements, and establishing effective integration with various systems. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the organization's goals around access management are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing SailPoint setups for gaps and improvements

• Design solutions linking SailPoint to various applications

• Implement role-based access control and lifecycle states

• Guide and mentor junior team members

• Conduct audits and manage SailPoint certification campaigns

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Identity Access Management

• Proven track record in SailPoint implementations

• 3+ years in technical leadership roles

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of Java and JavaScript programming
