Provide exceptional support to the University of Toronto’s Medical Education community as a Help Desk Coordinator. Assist learners with user interactions on critical systems like Elentra and POWER.
The Medical Education Help Desk Coordinator will engage with over 10,000 users at the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, offer training sessions, and support system enhancements. Your commitment to customer service excellence will ensure smooth operations within the Postgraduate Medical Education department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to end-user service requests promptly
• Provide detailed computing procedure explanations
• Apply standards for resolving documented issues
• Train users in both individual and group settings
• Draft and edit training content and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Three years in customer service management
• Experience with registration and evaluation systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
