Join Elections Ontario as a Website Administration Specialist and ensure critical digital content is accessible and aligned with legal standards across platforms.
This position in the Communications division focuses on overseeing the functionality of two main public websites until March 2027. As a Website Administration Specialist, you will update content, collaborate with various stakeholders, and document important processes. Your analytical skills will play a crucial role in monitoring website performance to ensure high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure website content is compliant and up-to-date
• Collaborate with vendors to implement enhancements
• Create and analyze digital communication plans
• Monitor website analytics for performance optimization
• Maintain thorough documentation for all processes
Requirements:
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS
• Strong writing and editing skills essential
• Familiarity with accessibility standards under AODA
• Background in web analytics platforms is an asset
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
