In this 12-month maternity leave coverage role, you'll direct a team of about 10 researchers, focusing on creating human-centered solutions. Your leadership will foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to influence strategic design decisions and enhance customer experiences for brands like PC Express and Shoppers Drug Mart.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of mixed-methods researchers
• Champion strategic UX research to drive product innovation
• Oversee high-impact research projects for actionable insights
• Evolve Voice of Customer programs for feedback integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to embed customer insights
Requirements:
• 8+ years of leading research initiatives in digital environments
• Proven ability to influence product strategy through research
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools for enhanced research impact
