Responsibilities   Deliver service design and process improvement projects
Apply human-centered design and methodologies

Translate research insights into actionable improvements
Requirements   Minimum 3 years in Service Design
Post-secondary education in a design-related field
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities

Experience with design software like Adobe Suite and Figma
