As an IT Manager, you will support daily IT operations and ensure all systems run efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily IT operations and support for staff and guests
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for high availability
• Manage hospitality systems like PMS, POS, and VoIP
• Configure and maintain telephony systems and services
• Collaborate with external vendors for technical support
Requirements:
• Experience in an IT Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and networking
• Experience in hospitality IT systems is desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Fluency in Greek and English required
