Key Responsibilities Design, architect, and implement scalable CMS solutions based on business requirements.
Lead migration efforts from AEM to ArcXP, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Develop, test, and maintain both new and existing web applications and platforms.
Collaborate with content, product, business, IT, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to gather and refine requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and server-related issues in partnership with sysadmin teams.
Utilize storyboards, wireframes, and pre-design artifacts to prepare accurate specifications and estimates.
Implement enhancements, bug fixes, and technical solutions with quick turnaround times.
Apply best practices in software design, development, and deployment to ensure project success.
Mentor team members and contribute to development team growth and knowledge sharing.
Create and maintain technical documentation, reference materials, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Ensure adherence to modern development standards, including responsive design and performance optimization.
Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AEM (Adobe 6.5+) application design and development.
Proven hands-on experience with ArcXP CMS and its components (Page Builder, Composer, Web Sked, Exchange) and underlying technologies (Node.js, serverless architecture, AWS services).
Expertise in AEM development frameworks including templates, components, widgets, and bundles using HTL/Sightly, Java, JSP, XML, JavaScript, JSON, and HTML

Experience designing and integrating AEM with external systems and web services.
Strong knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React and Vue.js, including SPA development and responsive design principles.
Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and building Docker files.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Git Hub, Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline).
Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Strong experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN, and Source Tree.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Certifications Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) – AEM Developer.
ArcXP
Certification or recognized ArcXP development partnership.
