As a crucial member of the Red Team, you will validate security assumptions and address detection gaps. Your responsibilities include planning red team operations, performing threat modeling, and conducting penetration testing across applications and infrastructure. Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to refining Robinhood's security posture through innovative, research-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute adversarial simulations for security validation

• Plan red team operations across various environments

• Perform threat modeling and articulate associated risks

• Conduct vulnerability research and exploit development

• Write tooling to automate offensive security assessments

Requirements:

• 8+ years in red teaming or offensive security

• Experience with AWS, GCP, and containerized systems

• Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework

• Proficient in Python, Go, or Java Script

• Clear communicator with a background in security leadership
