TCS Application Support Specialist

We are in search of an Application Support Specialist committed to delivering outstanding support for Oracle People Soft Financials.

Your role will involve troubleshooting production issues, assisting with job scheduling via CA Auto Sys, and documenting failures thoroughly. Your expertise will not only enhance application performance but also ensure compliance with ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver L2/L3 production support for Oracle apps

• Troubleshoot and document incidents with root cause analysis

• Schedule and monitor batch jobs using CA Auto Sys

• Validate issues by employing Oracle SQL techniques

• Create AIX/Linux shell scripts for operational needs

Requirements:

• Proficient in Oracle SQL and troubleshooting practices

• Experience in CA Auto Sys job monitoring and scripting

• Knowledge of Oracle People Soft Financial modules is required

• Familiarity with ITIL process adherence for incident management

• Ready for after-hours support as required
