Web Analytics Specialist - Adobe​/Banking

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Web Analytics Specialist focusing on Adobe Analytics within the banking sector. The successful candidate will support digital marketing initiatives by translating business needs into technical analytics solutions, ensuring accurate data collection, and collaborating with stakeholders on performance measurement strategies. Pay rate range (CAD): $44.48/hr – $53.38/hr

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for digital analytics implementation, including data layers, processing rules, SAINT classifications, and report suite configurations.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation such as Solution Design Reference files, Data Layer specifications, and custom JavaScript.
• Collaborate with digital marketing stakeholders to define KPIs, tagging strategies, and measurement frameworks.
• Manage the daily operations of the marketing analytics stack, working with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Target, Medallia DXA, Rakuten, and Facebook.
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking codes using Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, and other tag management systems.
• Work with technical teams to ensure proper system integrations, data feeds, and data accuracy.
• Stay updated with platform updates and best practices, proactively implementing necessary changes.
• Provide support for testing, validation, and stakeholder training to ensure effective analytics implementation.

• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript development
• 2+ years of web analytics implementation experience
• Proficiency with analytics tagging, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
• Strong understanding of data layers, tagging strategies, and report suite configuration

• Experience with tag management tools like Adobe Launch, DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classifications, and data feeds
• Previous experience in banking or financial services
