Position: Lead Offensive Security Specialist at Sun Life
Join Sun Life as a Senior Red Team Operator specializing in offensive security. This role requires advanced skills in cyberattack simulation and vulnerability identification, focusing on protecting sensitive information.

As a key member of the Information Security team, you’ll own the full offensive security lifecycle. Your expertise will guide the identification and remediation of security exposures beyond traditional tests. You must have strong knowledge of attack vectors and effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end offensive security lifecycle management

• Plan and schedule Red Team exercises and scenarios

• Provide oversight for delivery and operational engagement

• Track and manage lifecycle of vulnerabilities from identification to closure

• Facilitate audit and compliance for offensive security activities

Requirements:

• 5-7 years in operational Cyber Security roles

• University degree in a related field

• Strong knowledge of security trends and practices

• Industry certifications (SANS/CEH/CISSP) preferred

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
