Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1–2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
- Troubleshoot financial workflows and system configurations
- Document client issues and manage escalation paths
- Maintain high-quality support across phone and digital channels
- Collaborate with senior analysts on complex challenges
- 2+ years of ERP application support experience
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
- Robust understanding of accounting processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in functional or technical consulting roles
