Lead Active Directory Systems Administrator

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assess and analyze the security infrastructure needs supporting RBC's Active Directory services. Your expertise will guide junior team members while ensuring quality service delivery. Collaboration across technical teams and external partners is vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective internal controls are executed by the team

• Guide and mentor junior staff to drive performance

• Manage daily operations for supported products and applications

• Facilitate meetings for technical design and decision making

• Investigate and escalate urgent issues appropriately

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in a technical role

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies

• ITIL v3 Foundations certification needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
