Position: ETL Test Lead with Advanced SQL Skills
Cognizant seeks an ETL Test Lead with advanced SQL and data warehousing expertise. This role involves validating complex data structures and ensuring integrity in ETL processes.

As an ETL Test Lead, you will demonstrate strong knowledge in data warehousing concepts, including Fact and Dimension modeling. You'll handle full versus incremental load testing while focusing on ensuring high quality in data reconciliation and integrity checks. Your hands-on experience with advanced SQL techniques and SCD validations will be crucial for effective testing across various stages of the data lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full load vs incremental/delta load testing

• Validate late arriving dimensions and out-of-sequence data

• Execute complex joins, subqueries, and window functions

• Ensure data reconciliation and cross-layer balancing

• Conduct duplicate, null, and referential integrity checks

Requirements:

• Strong background in data warehousing and EDW concepts

• Experience with star/snowflake schemas

• Hands-on EDW testing experience

• Expertise in SCD validation type 1 and 2

• Proficient in advanced SQL and testing methodologies
