Position: AS400 Developer Needed at TCS
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AS400 Developer to enhance wealth and investment systems in Canada. Utilize your programming experience in COBOL and AS400 for impactful projects.

As part of TCS, you will focus on developing and supporting vital core systems on the IBM i platform. This includes managing batch jobs, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive improvements and maintain data integrity in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and develop systems on the IBM i using COBOL

• Engage in incident resolution and production support activities

• Collaborate with QA and business teams for enhancements

• Monitor regulatory compliance across all platforms

• Address issues related to trade processing and reporting

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AS400, COBOL, and DB2 technologies

• Experience in production support and root cause analysis

• Ability to handle complex batch jobs effectively

• Familiarity with investment management is beneficial

• Strong teamwork and communication skills are required
